Halo 1

Yeah, so I'm a few years late... =)

But I finally played, and beat, Halo 1 Sunday night and Monday night. I still don't have my new PC back and I had membered that I had purchased the Halo triple-pack (it's Halo 1, Halo 2, and the Halo 2 Multiplayer Map Pack) about a year ago. So I busted that sucker out.

Wow... it's amazing how well Halo 1 has aged. Granted, I'm playing it on the 360 (so w/anti-alisasing at 1080i) on a 60" wide screen TV (it was reversed letter box)... But you'd figure that would make it look WORSE not better.

Not true... It still looked quite amazing. I can see why people fell in love with it and it became the beginning of a great IP.

I started Halo 2, but I'm torn on playing it on the 360 or just waiting for it to come out for Vista in a month or so... Well, assuming I have my PC by then. =)
